I am a huge Batman fan. Been one for 15+ years. I like this movie. It gives a different spin to Catwoman, while staying in line with the DC Universe. What do ya'll think?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's an abomintation. I can't believe someone actually thought of something as horrible as that.
Catwoman isn't black and she sure as heck doesn't dress that skanky.

I was sure from the moment I saw the Catwoman outfit that I wanted nothing to do with this movie, and I was pretty dead on. The reviews have been nothing but horrible, I've never seen a movie get bashed like that. I honestly wish the studios would just slow down with the comic book movies at this point. Since Spiderman and X-Men did well at the box office studios have been on the hunt to make any comic book based movie they can, and now it's getting old.
Movies like this and The Punisher are going to ruin it for the good ones, X-Men.

Aww, it shouldn't matter if she is black. What bothers me is that the movie just looks horrible. I just don't think Halle was a good choice, I wasn't happy with her role of Storm in X-Men -.- She did terrible!

It wasn't meant to be racist. If catwoman was originally black, then she shouldn't be white in another movie. It's just stupid and uncompatible.

It doesn't take much knowledge of film to see that Catwoman is a trainwreck. The reviews have been brutal, everyone I know that has happend to see says it's horrible. I still think the target audience for this film was 15 year old boys.

I love Halle Berry and like the storyline of Catwoman but I'll probably just rent this one.

At any rate, my opinion wasn't based on the reviews of others so much as it was based on the previews, but the reviews didn't help the movie whatsoever.
