Cats or Dogs

What are better cats or dogs.
I like cats for indoors but dogs are cool to.

I like dogs because....
I like to teach animals tricks, and dogs are better at that.
The short haired dogs don't shed AS MUCH.
They're protective.
Can take 'em on walks. (Although I suppose you could take a cat on a walk too, lol)

But, I do however like cats. I have one!

I like cats coz they're cleaner than dogs, can clean themselves etc
But dogs are cleverer and easier to train than cats
I used to have few cats but they're all gone
I'm thinking of taking care of dogs in the future but I'm scared that they'll bite me, coz I like big dogs like german shepherds and huskies

Cats and dogs are both pretty cool, but personally I like cats better.
Cats know what who they are(special-teehee)
Cats are cleaner and less hyper. My dogs jump all over me and lick me to death! But I still love my doggies as much as my kitty.

I am a dog person, but I like cats too. We have always had a dog since I was a kid which is probably why I prefer them more. I also had a bad experience with a cat my parents had when I was really little so I am very cautious around cats.

Dogs are great but dogs dont sit on your lap and fall asleep like cats do.

My personal opinion would be cats! But then again, I am a cat person so I am biased.

I have both (3 cats, one dog) and I love my dog but I tend to prefer my cats. They aren't as strung out and are generally less of a hassle.

Love them both but cats are easier to take care of. I have a cat, but no dogs...mainly because I live alone in an apartment and don't think that's a good situation in which to raise the kind of dog I would love to have (a big one that I can go running with).
