The only one I know of is The New Jerome Biblical Commentary.

There are lots of it from all types.

1)The Scholary ones, like the ones by Father Raymond Brown, but he is polemical some people loves it calling it the best biblical commentator of the 20th century, catholic, protestant or jewish and some thinks he was too modernist (but still within acceptable orthodoxy, his books got the imprimateur). In Spanish his set of Biblical Commentaries will cost you about $400. Do not know in English.
Hershel Shanks (I think that he is Jewish) says in his book on the Dead Sea Scrolls that the best biblical comentary in the late 20th century is done by Catholics. There are some specialized journals on Catholic Biblical commentary if you are scholary oriented.

2) The devotional ones oriented for the regular person that wants to understand the Bible better. Here former evangelicals like Scott Hann, Dave Armstrong, Steve Ray, Dave Currie among others and some craddle catholics scholars have taken orthodox and middle of the road scholary Catholic Bible commentaries for the common folk.

3) The commented Catholic Bibles. I do not know in English but in Spanish I own two Catholic commented Bibles and they are great. I head good things on the Haydock DR 1609 and the Ignatius RSV-CE. For example.
And there is the Navarre, a Bible broken down into several book that often cover one book in of the Bible each, going verse after verse with comentaries from the Early Church Fathers, the Magisterium and key scholars.

I just learned about Father Raymond Brown being one of the commentators in the New Jerusalem Bible.

I would NOT recommend Fr Raymond Brown or Joseph Fitzmeyer's commentaries to anyone. While the Jerome biblical commentary may have some good things to say it also has many problematic things and emphasizes too much of the Historical critical method. For a solid critical scholarly scientific exegetical commentary that is sound with the magisterium try an older commentary by known biblical scholar Dom, Bernard Orchard in his 1950 edition of "A Catholic commentary on Holy Scripture". Also Another orthodox solid Catholic scripture scholar Fr William, Most has many solid commentaries on scripture via the internet at Catholic culture.

Navarre Bible comentaries are the most orthodox and extensive I have seen.

The University of Navarre or Navarra is a private pontifical university founded in 1952 by Saint Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer, founder of Opus Dei. The University of Navarre is considered one of Spains top universities by todays standards.
