my little sister has been a crazed fan since the beginning of season 4 american Idol. I thought she'd win somehow, not that I really wanted her too... too much, she was my second choice though, and deserved it. I like her new song, haven't heard the whole album yet, but plan to, soon.

I cry everytime I hear the song " Jesus take the wheel" I almost hit a tree a month ago, but every time I hear the song it makes me realize how we need Christ in our lives. I have always been a big fan of hers since I saw her the first time on American Idol. Which is a great show!!!

yea they inspire me too. especially wasted and the one where she beats up some headlights with a bat.

I'm trying not start anything but 'Wasted' is about not getting wasted. The girl in the song left her boyfriend/husband because he drank too much. After that, he stopped.

I think Carrie is doing a wonderful job. Of course there will be some that do not care for that song but I think we all should keep in mind that she is in a business and she does not make all those choices for what song she records.

She sang "How Great Thou Art" last night on GAC. It was taped at the Grand ole Opry. Her and several other country music singers sang country gospel music. The name of the new CD is called, "How Great Thou Art". Anybody watch the program, she sang last.

I watched when it was on. Every artist did a great job, IMO.
