Car break-in

I just need to vent. I went out to my car about 1/2 hour ago to leave for work, and found that my car had been broken into. The first thing I noticed was that all my stuff was moved onto the driver's seat and my school bag was missing, and the doors were unlocked on the passenger side. I never unlock my doors on that side cause I'm the only person who ever rides in my car. I started to go back up to my apartment when it occured to me that my cd player had probably been stolen, and sure enough, my cd player and an entire book of cd's were gone. I also found how they had gotten in, by breaking the small back window on my passenger side. The thing I am most upset about is my schoolbag missing, those of you in college know how much books cost, and there must have been at least 250 dollars worth of books in that bag, as well as a midterm that is due tomorrow, that I will have to do all over Replacing all of this stuff is coming righ out of my pocket. Ugg, why do people have to be such jerks. Sorry just needed to vent.

Depending on your insurance, they may cover the cost of the stolen goods. If not send me a PM. How long will it take for you to redo your midterm? I hope not too long since you did it already but I feel your pain of having to do it twice! Ugh!

I know a few people who have had their car broken into recently. It angers me when people have to mess with another persons car! Grrr! I also feel sorry for the person who has to stoop so low as to steal books and cd's to get by. I wonder what's going on in their lives.

Well, atleast they didn't steal the whole car.

I just e-mailed my professor to ask for more time to finish my midterm, I need to have the books in order to do it. Luckily my fiance and I started a savings account last month so I have a little money to go towards it.

Thank you rocki! I am going to pray for whoever did this, it is very sad when someone lacks the morals to understand that taking another person's property is not ok. I am thankful that I will be able to take care of the expenses caused by this.

I am so sorry to hear that. I am in university so I totally understand how frustrating this would be.

Dear Heavenly Father
Thank you so much for blessing us with such a wonderful woman of God, such as Jilllars. She is so precisous and such a blessing to anyone who talkes to her. Lord, I just pray right now that you would be with her in this time, and Lord, I pray that time will stand still as she workes on her midterm, that she would have a clear mind, and would beable to do the task at hand. And also Lord, I pray that she would find the finances to purchase her books over again. Also Lord, we dont know who did this, but you did, and I just pray that you would have your hand upon this person, and that He would see the wrog in their life, and seek Jesus and His perfect life. God I pray that you would bring someone in this persons path that He may see your light shining through.
Thanks you for this day Lord, and may we feel your presence. Thank you for CF, for alowing us to come here together and fellowship, and a safe ground where we can come and feel loved.

yeah at least they didn't take the car. you didnt have a Bible amongst the books they stole did you? but yeah it sucks that people do that, a friend of mine had her whole car stolen, and it had basically everything she owned in it because she was moving... but remember, God can use all things for good!

Thanks so much you guys! I ordered my books today, hopefully they will be in the mail tomorrow. I won't have any time to drive down to the bookstore to buy them again. Saturday morning I also discovered that my workout bag was stolen, with all of my workout clothes and running shoes, and my workout radio So, I had to replace those too. I am very lucky that I started saving my money a few months ago. I'm feeling a little strained now though. Thanks so much for all of your prayers!
