Hair: Sandy blonde.
Eyes: Grey.
Other: Wears a red, super strong armor from head to toe. His helmet has a built-in computer that shows images in the glass of his visor, and gives him thermal, and night vision on command. It also highlights certain items that the wearer might miss, such as a murder weapon, etc. It can do plenty of other things too, but they are too many to name.
Weapons/Accessories: Pistol, tazer, poisonous gas grenades, and built-in energy cannons attached to his arm blades.
I think I'll reveal his past and his personality in the RPG.
