Can someone fix the time. :)

Hi, the time is not correct on the posts. I know you are working on the system and may not be able to correct this now, but am posting this in case you are not aware of the problem.

Hi. I saw there were some fixes made to CF but the time is still not right.

In my options am set to eastern standard usa.and have detect dst stuff, and yet when I post the time is an hour ahead of what actual time is.

Hey there. I'm not a staff member or anything but I do know that to fix the time for the posts all you need to do is go into your user control panel and set the time to your time zone. The reason that it is off is your time zone is set to Christian Forums default time zone. Changing it to your time zone will fix the problem.

To do this Click User CP at the top right corner
Go to Edit Options on the Left hand side Under Settings & Options
Scroll down till you find Date and Time Options and select your time zone and you can also select for Automatic Day Light Savings Time.

This was a separate problem with server timestamps. Wasn't related to timezone settings. New posts were appearing in the middle of threads. Doesn't matter now though, as it has been fixed for a few weeks.

Oh My bad. I'm thinking of a feature that shows the time in a red. For the longest time when I would read a post that red time would be like 5 hours behind what I had so I actually put in my correct timezone and fixed it.
