If you go to your local Catholic store, they sometimes carry rosaries handmade by local crafters. If you got the name of a local crafter near you, that person might make your rosary bracelet to order, and you might even be able to supply them with your own crucifix and medal.

The local Catholic store near us sells some handcrafted rosaries, and they aren't much more expensive than the manufactured ones.

Some rosaries are made with olive wood. They are wooden and smell like olive oil. Not sure if that is what you are looking for - but you may want to also consider those.
