Can anyone identify this song for me?

I don't know any lyrics, I don't know who wrote it. All I know is that it plays on the local grocery chain's playlist all the time, and it starts with this:

Nope, I actually forgot about it. Until you reminded me, and now it's bothering again. Drat!

Ha! I think I know what this is... I need to think about it. Could it possibly be an older song? The one I'm thinking of is probably from the 80's.. or maybe very early 90's. I'm trying to remember how it goes.
