CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'd really love to be able to live in Alberta - specifically Calgary. Toronto is becoming WAY to violent and WAY to big for me.
Of all the provinces in Confederation i think Albertans have it the best

I'm a calgarian living in toronto! I love calgary though - my favourite part about coming home is flying in and seeing the mountains!

I live in edmonton but frequent calgary cuz all my relatives live there. It's a great city and I love hanging out there but it doesn't have the heart that Edmonton does.

What a huge forum to have even these few Calgarians post here. I'm living in Calgary though I was born in Edmonton. I renounce my Edmonton background, please accept me into the Calgary city, the one true Calgary Area and the Calgarian way of life (hehehehe) Doesn't everyone have to say the Calgary Credo? New to the forum, must say, those pictures are REALLY cool!
