If there's one thing the Singles area can all agree on is we like our food and sweets! haha I've never seen more people be on the same page than when we talk about especially desserts and cakes. It brings people together.

So here we go people... this thread is for all things chocolately, vannilaey, sweet, tart, donutey goodness! I want to see a lot of powdered sugar, frosting, caramel, and any other sweet tooth desire in this thread.

I knowwww! I need to find the recipe! It looks fairly easy though... Pretzels, cookie dough, smash together, dip in chocolate, let it harden, viola!

this is a mirror cake, it is finished with a white chocolate glaze that's colored which gives it that shine. However I find it doesn't really give the cake good flavor it just makes it look cool.

I have never tried this, but recipe-wise it does sound like it has more than one trick/interesting fact, even without secrets.

This is so fun looking! It kind of looks galaxy like or to be honest if it were brown it would look liked hard wood floors haha It's pretty nifty though and I think it's nifty you've tried it before. Thanks for the info... does it make it taste bitter or something? I've noticed some food colorings make things taste bitter.

I am not a fan of dark chocolate but I can't deny that looks good. What is truffle though?

Edit: @Journey.In.Grace To answer your question, they're a heated mixture of cream, chocolate, and vanilla, cooled, scooped, and then coated with something, usually. Maybe they used a recipe like this one:
