During Bush's funeral, certain people seemed to get envelopes with content that was disturbing to them. They caused some pretty amazing reactions that caught the conspiracy community's attention.

I have 2 guesses:
1. It's some of the blackmail material from Epstein's stash. Trump/MI has had that since long before he was President.
2. It's a subpoena type request of some kind.

There's a big difference in these two possibilities, since one is legal and the other isn't.

Of course, a dishonest politician might use something legal, like a subpoena, but not in an honest way.

There are politicians who might not be able to do things which are legal . . . and honest.

Not sure what they were handed, only it scared the crap out of them. My first guess is proof that MI already had all the blackmail material, so it is likely some of their blackmail material from Epstein's Mossad honeypot was part of it.

The someone wasn't just anyone, it wasn't just any random envelope from any random person, it took place in a non-random place at a non-random event. Getting an envelope isn't generally speaking, an anxiety producing event.
So many clues... ?
