CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

that's how we are to be, present tense and future tense.
God has a plan to get rid of hypocrits and liars. Even many Israelites (God's people of the time) did not make it to the promised land and were actually killed by God because of their evil ways. The same kind of warning is told in the bible for those who won't follow His ways now too.
Real Christians will do what God says, His ways are best, even if they are often misunderstood, God knows our hearts, especially the hearts of those who love Him.

So we need to keep on doing and loving Jesus and His ways.
The most important, is love God wholeheartedly.
Then love your neighbor as yourself.

Then put these into action (Jesus says why does one call Him Lord, but not do what He says). Be a doer, be a lover.
I will say, though, when you love God wholeheartedly, and encourage people to get away from sin, just because they get mad their sins are pointed out, doesn't mean they aren't loved, as so many accuse. God corrects and disciplines and rebukes those He loves, especially His children. God's love isn't the sexual perversion love of this world, His love exposes sin for the evil it is, and brings sinners to salvation, shows them Heaven, which is Holiness. God's love is not Santa Claus, His love is Righteous and Holy and Good.
