Hi there,

I was hoping I could get some help with a dream I just had.

To keep it short as the dream was quite random, I went from being infront of a strange house (I felt it was quite dark) that I think zapped me with some red electrcity to which I responded by removing myself from the place.

I then was teleported to another place where a random man gave me a baby. This man's face I could not recognise because for some reason his face could not be shown it was just covered as I saw from the corner of my eye of him sitting down.

This baby I had been given was also the same in appearance - unrecognisable but I felt the need to breastfeed the child. This child wasn't crying or in need of anything. But I wanted to breastfeed the baby anyways.

This dream came the day after I had given my final peace message to someone I had been speaking to for about 2 months + from a dating app. Where instead of blocking and deleting them I decided to just say thank you for their time and blessed them in a way where I hoped God would bring to them what they wanted.

Any ideas on this?

It could mean you were trusted with the "someone" you shared with for two months. God is trusting us with each person we are involved with > for what God wants.

Our Apostle Paul and Silvanus and Timothy were nurturing with the Thessalonians >

"But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children." (1 Thessalonians 2:7)

So, it could mean the man, a "someone" without a face, was trusting you to nurture the baby who he was.

Of course, I would not wish that someone selfish gets what he wants.

Thank you for your input. I can see where you're coming from with this one, it's a shame because they just wanted to be friends so I'm not sure I could have nutured much for this person.

Baby lust? What do you mean by this?
[Many?] women get a strong desire to have a child during their child-bearing years, even if they don't have a viable husband, yet. This only gets stronger as they feel like they are leaving those years.

I see what you mean. I think for me babies/kids are not such a big deal. As of right now, even though I do get dreams of these depending on the situation. And if I didn't get married at a certain time then I would probably find a way to have children without the husband... but that's just a thought...

Sometimes dreams have a spiritual meaning instead of natural purposes. I Cor 4 includes there are many teachers but not a lot of fathers and mothers. So Yahweh wants some to be spiritual fathers and mothers. Spiritual children will be various ages. It's a great idea to work in teams of at least 2. (Luk 10). Can see this easily being done in youth church.

The Lord's house is not dark, nor is it probably strange to you. So wouldn't you leave a strange house that is dark and move in the Spirit to another place? And Moses could not look on the face of God either. We are all handed a baby (Jesus Christ who grows up spiritually speaking with us) in that place. And it looks like you gave the milk of the gospel to someone which perhaps grew Christ in them.

We grow in Christ, or perhaps since Christ lives in us, it might better be said that Christ grows in us. Dreams are a means of communicate with us, but we also preach the Word of God, meaning we find the Word of God in our hearts and on our lips. We can hear words from the Lord.

So if we get a dream, is it not good to seek the voice of the Lord, and listen for what we hear in our spirit? So part of growing is taking our dreams to the Lord and listening to what He has to say about them. We can ask, 'Lord, why did I get that dream?' We can ask, "Lord Jesus Christ, what is it you are trying to tell me?" And we can ask and we can ask.

Dreams are often used as a way to get us to seek the voice of the Lord: that is He is standing there knocking and if anyone hears His voice and opens the door He will come into them and eat with them and them with Him.

The Lord is a personal Lord. So I might be able to get an idea of what is happening, because of my experience of getting dreams and talking to the Lord on them, but it is important that everyone takes there dreams to the Lord and hear what He personally has to say to them about the dream. So it is that it appears obvious that the person in the OP has moved away from the dark house to the house of God. That they have been give the Christ. That they love the Lord which shows in that they give the mild of the gospel from their heart.

This is obvious, but Christ grows in people. The baby turns into a person that we can talk to. And the child in Christ to the person who grows into ministry of miracles. And the person of miracles to the one who dies in Christ. This is how it should be.
