Thank you for the feedback. I'm not looking to watch it because it's got a Christian message. I'm looking for entertainment

But thank you very much for the feedback.
It's one of the best dramas out there - it's very addictive. I think it is a good show about morality and human nature. I just started watching it a few months ago and quickly went through all 60 episodes. Tomorrow is the finale.
Without spoiling it, it is about a brilliant chemist who ended up as a high school teacher who has a partially disabled teenage son and just recently found out his wife is pregnant, even though they are a bit older. He takes a second job at a car wash to help out with the costs.
He's an honest, hardworking guy that finds out he has lung cancer and will be dead in a year- leaving his family broke. His brother works for the DEA and took him on a meth lab bust - thinking he might like to see the dark side of chemistry. He realizes that he can make huge amounts of money and plans out how much his family needs and how much meth he'll need to make. Of course, that means selling it, so he joins out with a junkie/dealer and former student to sell it for him. (this is all the first episode).
He finds out that one dealer can't make the money he needs fast enough. So, he begins looking for a distributor, so they can sell more volume. As a great chemist, he is able to make the best meth out there and everyone wants him- and his product. What follows is his own personal downfall as he gets sucked into the drug world.
With the finale, we all wonder how it will end. The viewers still like him and want him to end well, because we have watched how things have gone for him, even though he is a bad guy, we understand why.
I don't like a lot of what I see on TV, but I really enjoyed this show. It does not glorify the drug world - it shows how destructive it is. It shows the problem of greed and pride. It has, obviously, a lot of violence. It is cleverly written - often revealing bits and pieces in advance leading you to wonder how things will unfold.
Other dramas have to bump life into their show by changing out characters, but it is the same theme and mood. Breaking Bad is about someone's personal change and getting deeper and deeper into the drug world.
