Should I have concerns with 7yr and 11yr old boys sleeping together, they are not brothers.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

By together do you mean in the same bed, or just in the same room? If they are in the same room I would not be concerned at all, if they are in the same bed I would probably not prefer that arangement, however if it's a sleepover and only occassional I would probably not worry about it. That's just me though.

I think the boys themselves themselves would have a problem with sleeping in the same bed. If people at school find out, they might brand the boys as gay (a huge fear with boys of that age believe it or not)

Should I have concerns with 7yr and 11yr old boys sleeping together, they are not brothers.
IF the boys are friends and get along, it shouldn't be an issue... kids love to spend the night together and make strange noises and giggle... whatever.
But, if either of the boys has issues serious enough to cause you feel you should protect one from the other, put them in separate rooms. Better safe than sorry.

If it's temporary, you could have them sleep head-to-toe. That is how my sister and I did on camping trips. (It wasn't due to lack of respect; just the possibility of ending up in embarrassing positions from movement while sleeping. 
)

I'm guessing your son has an issue with it,But his wife or girlfreind doesn't.I'm guessing these aren't brothers but friends.I personly don't see a problem with,If the boys want to sleep in the same bed,I see no problems with it.Is there other reasons for the concern?
