Book Search Please Help?

Hey. So I have a friend who is looking for a book.

She said it is a circa 1960s book, could be anywhere between 50s and 70s...

It is a Nancy Drew type mystery with a girl detective.

The mystery has something to do with Paul Revere and silver smith...

She said one of the clues she remembered from the book was 7 up and 7 down...

Any ideas?

It could be Six Silver Spoons by Janette Sebring Lowrey. It was published in the 70's. It is about a girl and her brother smuggling spoons across enemy lines on the night of the battle of Concord, in order to send a message from or to Paul Revere. It is, regrettably, out of print, but is probably able to be found on e-bay, amazon sales, or library sales. I found my copy at a yard sale.
