Bold And Italics Letters Not Working

I don’t have the option to use italics or bold letters anymore on iPhone.

Not in mine, the only options I have are cut, copy, paste, look up, translate, and share.

I also don’t have the option to give ratings like agree or winner anymore. And when I try to use bold letters the option still isn’t there. I click on a word then choose select then drag the blue lines and the only options it gives me is cut, copy, paste, replace, look up, translate, and share. I’m using an iPhone 12 on IOS 15.6.1

That was really helpful because I was trying to do it thru my iPhone select menu but unfortunately even the way you showed me doesn’t work because the B in the upper left corner isn’t selectable. It’s not a dark black color like it showed on your screen it’s a light grey transparent B and doesn’t do anything when I click on it.
