CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

With a name like Bobobo... bo... whatever, what other kind of anime would you expect?
Now that I think about it, it would be funny if it turned out to be full of drama and angst. ^^
I haven't seen that anime and don't plan to see it, but it sounds... erm... Interesting. Since I'm pretty sure it's in Toonami I think it would be a great way for kids to start getting addicted to anime. Mwahaha...

Bobobo is hilarious. x3 The reason you don't really understand it is because it has alot of Japanese humor and jokes in it. It also parodies alot of different anime and manga, some of which is unheard of in the US.

I don't like it either. It's waaaay too random. I like shows that have wierd, random humor that make you go "Where the heck did that come from?!" (i.e. Invader Zim) But Bo-bo-bo, just goes too far. In other shows like that, there's at least a grain of a thought process behind the joke, but not in Bo-bo-bo. The jokes just don't make sense. Even if I understood more of the references, in terms of being minimally coherant, it just falls flat.

I do have to agree with you guys that it is really really random and crazy..... but.... I think back to the Death Note parody... and all is well.
