If the fire extinguisher did not cause his death, it shouldn't have been mentioned in conjunction with his death because it gives a false impression. If the Fire extinguisher along with the bear spray caused his death, they should have said so.He didn't die from it alone, but it certainly didn't help him.

Exactly. Guy dies after being violently assaulted of something commonly caused by stress. Apparently we're supposed to believe that the violent assault played no part in the stress..
