Blessings for art ~

I am interested in having someone draw a picture for me, I would love for the drawing to actually be mailied, however I understand some people won't do that.
I am willing to give out 450 blessings to a skilled artist who will help my creation come alive.

If there are more than one the person I think more 'apt' to my vision will be chosen.
