And the Leper said to Jesus:

"Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean"

And Jesus said, "Well, I'll tell you what. I'm not going to make you clean, but I AM going to forgive you for being a leper. Although you are still a leper, it will on no account be held against you, even if you spread your leprosy to others. As a matter of fact, after you die, you'll STILL be a leper. Even Heaven needs lepers! It helps with the praise and worship - everyone looks at the leper and says 'Thank God I'm not a leper!' Go and be of good cheer, your leprosy is forgiven."
