Matthew 13:15 "For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them."
Matthew 13:16 "But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear."
The ears that hear and the eyes that see are they who have a desire to see and hear the truth, (GOD's word is truth) and are willing to seek with all their heart and ask and knock.
Some people just don't care about GOD's word nor the truth, if life is going well, money is plenty, and they have what they desire in this life some think they don't need GOD.
Matthew 25:29 "For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath."
If you want to be the one that "hath" he is the one that simply desires and seeks.
Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you
If you "hath not" you have not sought after GOD with all your heart, and even that which you seem to have take heed lest it be taken from you. We aught to keep ourselves in the love of GOD looking for the returning of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!
Revelations 3:16 "So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
How can you seek GOD,
Pray, read the word of GOD, and fast, keep His commandments
All glory be to GOD in Christ Jesus our Lord! His word is truth!
