We do prepare all our food before shabbat. And we do not turn lights, stove, oven, computer on or off once Shabbat has started.

We are just about at the stage of our growth that a blech would actually be a blessing, allowing us to have warm food during Shabbat. That is one reason I am asking if anyone has used one??

These are the standards of only one community but are based on tradition and Halakah.
