Blameless or flawless?

Genesis 17:1

I am God Almighty, walk before Me faithfully and be blameless..

To walk blamelessly before the Lord is to be penitent and humble. A blameless saint may sin but never covers it up or fails to confess. Obsession with our own spiritual perfection can lead to introverted narcissism which is the opposite of an outward looking holy life.
