Are you using colored pencils? I used to do political illustrations using them. All of your work is very good, but I'm particularly taken by your rooster. Thank you.

The paintings are done in acryllic. I did the other bird pictures in colored pencils. I like the rooster too. The cockatiel was my pet Precious. I like the humingbird. I plan on doing more birds, especially another lorrikeet and a peacock. I'm also going to do some more cardinals for Christmas, and a cardinal for a friend. I'd like to draw a cardinal with a birdhouse. I might draw a group og songbirds, cardinals, bluebirds, blue jays, orioles, warblers, robins, etc. Maybe a western tanager. I also like hummingbirds and I'd like to draw and paint parrots.

Your Bluebird is as good as I've seen. I hope you can show us more.

Very nice! I love the vibrant colors! Birds are my absolute favorite subject for drawing.
