After a week of recovering from a depressed episode... I need prayers for the things that contributed to the snap. I could list each individually... but I much prefer that people pray as they feel lead by the spirit. I firmly believe that the Spirit intercedes for us when we are incapable of putting our needs into prayers. I don't want my selfish desires to cloud what God wants to do in my life. I know he speaks to his people when they intercede for others. I know he hears our prayers. Please pray for me.

I needed to ask somebody to forgive me this morning in church. While I was going through my depressed episode last week I lashed out at him. He didn't deserve it... and I needed to apologize to him face to face this morning.

I just got finished telling my mom about my depressed episode. I told her that it was all the prayer that had helped me through. She's been ill (leg amputated/hear surgery)... and I didn't want to bring her down... but it was actually good talking to her. She needed me to call. All the prayer helped get me to a point where I could call her. Thanks!

Thank you all for your prayers. I wasn't lonely or depressed at all today though I've spent much of today alone. I spent some time with another young woman from my church... it was good to connect. I spoke to my mom... she's doing better today no pain in her amputated leg. She was having phantom pains. Our church walked a few blocks to welcome a new church... I'm sure this large group of christians walking down the street was a big spectacle-- circa 250 of us?

Now I'm just looking online for a new place to live. I'm not letting any of the regular triggers push my bipolar buttons. My peace of mind... comes largely thanks to all our your prayers. I believe this by faith. Thank you again... may you be blessed as richly as you have blessed me.

I’ll be praying for you! Did I read in an other posting that you sought counsel from your pastor? I don’t mean to be presumptuous, (and this is only a rhetorical question), but do you see someone that is specialized in this area and/or a MD? I will continue to pray for you that God give you peace and contentment. On the dark days, may you have hope and comfort, and energy, and may you dispel the illusion your body gives you to “isolate”. On the other days, may you have a peaceful mind, gentle strength, balance, and rest. Take best care, and have patience with yourself. God be with you.

Praise God! I'm still praying!

Each day... the struggles with the depression gets easier... and I give all glory to God. There is NO VERIFIALBLE medical reason why I should feel better this soon after getting my meds upped. Thank for your prayers. It's still one day at a time.
