Now I am not the best at apologetics, but here are some answers to Mr MacArthur and his rant.
His over all critism is contrary to his beliefs.
He is a hyper Calvinest, and we all know about predestination, irresistible Grace, and of course the elect.
He has gone so far as to say those left behind after rapture, can take the mark of the beast. Unqoute
After all if they are elect they must be in Heaven some how right?
So by stating that Billy Graham was teaching a false doctrine he eliminates another way for predestination.
In a taunting way he criticizes Graham by saying without a Preacher or the Bible it would be wrong to think someone could find salvation.
First notice Rev. Graham says this person is called out of their place, and sets themselves apart.
Remember Abraham, and Moses?
Let's think about this, and see how far beyond normal theology Billy Graham was.
Abraham and Moses neither had a Preacher or the Bible.
Yet in the presence of God they were on Holy ground.
Remember at the burning bush Moses was told to remove his shoes.
Both of these great men came from ungodly places.
Abraham was from UR of the Chaldees or Mesopotamia, a carnal place where human sacrifice was common.
Moses was from Egypt, false God's and murder of the first born, and many other things God hates.
MacArthur is anti Catholic he criticizes Graham for meeting with the Pope.
I'm not a ecumenical fan myself, but MacArthur's own religion is based from Catholic Doctrine.
John Calvin was very influenced by Augisitine of Hippo and this is how he adopted the doctrine of predestination.
Augisitine taught all of the elements that Calvin followed.
Billy Graham produced much fruit in His great anointed ministry,
As our Lord answered the the critics of His ministry a kingdom divided cannot stand.
I know what Billy Graham stood for,and it was not to please anyone but God.
After all a Evangelist is called to serve,I wonder if Billy ever said Lord, the Pope?
George W Bush?
No way not Jessie Duplantis!
