Again, there is no such thing as 'evolutionists'. Are there also gravityists?
Nobody is making the claim that "God does not exist". We are rejecting your claim that a God does exist. You aren't allowed to shift the burden of proof when making a positive claim. That's a logical fallacy. Burden of proof remains in your lap.
Evolution has an overwhelming amount of evidence from many independent lines of study. There is no fallacy here except your strawman and shifting the burden of proof.

Evolution makes no claims for the existence of God and the majority of Christians accept the theory of evolution. It's the whose who take the bible literally that have to reject demonstrable facts.
