First, I have to address some things here. I watch the Biggest Loser to learn how to adopt a healthy lifestyle. One of the factors of weight gain is stress. You sound stressed out that you are not losing weight. Stop. You are going to make yourself sick. Just relax.
Second, you need to eat every single day, and lots. When you don't eat, your body slows your metabolism down, because it is trying to survive on the amount of calories you put into it. So if you are not eating very much, you make it harder to lose weight.
For instance, I eat three snacks and two main meals a day. I eat a lunch of a Cup of soup and a sandwich. Just before I excercise, I eat some fresh vegetables with some dip, to provide some food in my system that is easy to digest. Then I have a regular dinner, and then I eat some pop corn, which is good for fiber, or so I have been told, and then some cereal, either when I get up or before I go to bed. Does this sound like I am not eating much. Yet, I have lost over 20 pounds in 7 months.
On the weekends, I go nuts. I eat potato chips, ice cream, candy, pop and anything else I want, because those are my high calorie days. That tricks my body into metabolizing more calories on days I restrict on my food intake.
I am posting this, sister, because what I just read alarmed me, and no child of God should be living in that kind of mind-set. You are a child of God, and he made you perfectly. You just need the knowledge on how he built your temple, so you can maintain it.
You will never lose weight, if you don't eat healthy.
