Hmmmm so maybe I should exercise in the morning AND at night?
I don't think you NEED too.
I do. I try to burn 400+ cals in the morning, then closer to 500 when i get home from work.
It doesn't always work out that way, but if I do that, and build it up to 1,000 a day I cna figure on about 2 pounds fat loss before changing my diet (on a weekly basis).
Then, cut out the sugar and maybe get that up closer to 3 a week, or at least shoot for 10 a month.
under optimal circumstances of course.
Well....I have only lost 5 pounds since January 1, but have only been REALLY eating to lose in the last 2 weeks (when I finally lost 7 pounds). So...somehow I need to burn more fat, which if you're saying I will burn more in the morning, I at least could try to fit in 1/2 hour of cardio in the AM in addition to still working out at the gym in the early evening.
I feel like I sabbotage my own self. I fell off the good eating wagon this week and haven't been to the gym either, BUT I AM going tonight. I did do 1/2 hour of cardio last night though on my little step machine at home so it hasn't been a total loss. I need to figure out how to change my attitude so I can continue to lose and not give up. So maybe working out more would be good for me at least for awhile, huh? Can't hurt, right?
I'm up to eating five tiny meals a day! Who's proud?
me.
