The question here is not was autopen used. The question is, did someone violate Biden's wishes in using autopen.

I suspect if an investigation occurs, Biden will simply say that yes, he intended to preemptively pardon those people, because despite his proclamations to the contrary, he really does believe that some people are above the law.

If I had been the one running the auto-pen, I would have pardoned myself for all federal crimes I may have or might commit forever (a lifetime exemption for federal criminal prosecution.
