But if that was the case it will not be known to the public to prevent the same thing that happened to Jesus to his family because when Jesus was on the earth he the affected people in two ways influence you to give up everything you had to follow him or making you so mad people wanted to crucify him because his teachings so I would like to entertain the possibility of this just something to think about I've been thinking about this for a long time and I'll even hesitant to post it because it being such a controversial idea but did Jesus have a family before he was crucified but if he did the church would keep it hidden protect his family from the people that wanted him killed would have done the same to his children I know most of us have seen the movie DaVinci's code but is there any truth to it in your opinion

Well I've not seen the DaVinci Code, nor would I believe a piece of fiction created to be a secular drama is in any way something to use as valid criticism about Scriptural truth.

Fact: The Priory of Sion is a real organization
Fact - The Opus Dei is a deeply devout Catholic sect that has been the topic of recent controversy.
All descriptions of artwork architecture documents and secret rituals in this novel are acurate.

Pretty much everything after this is a STORY! It is made up. Fiction.

There is ZERO evidence to suggest that Christ had a wife and Children, Joseph of Aremethia was NOT Jesus' step father. I have no idea where Danstribe got that one from, at best there is some speculation that he may have been either Marys Uncle, or just a secret follower of Christ who was also one of the higher Jewish leaders.

Jesus did NOT marry Mary Magdalene or anyone else. It would have been noticed and recorded. Sadly, some people take a work of fiction and start to believe that it is the gospel truth, all the while taking the gospel and believing it to be fiction. Strange.

I'm surprised no one mention the non-fiction book Holy Blood Holy Grail
That is one of the influences that partially base my opinion off

And I believe Dan Brown relied on it. But that book is also complete rubbish.

That's a valid point. To carry through with it we have about 20,000 hand written manuscripts of parts of scripture, and no evidence of distortion in the story.
So nothing to support your idea of a drifting scripture.
I think there is one line in the lord's prayer that is not in all manuscripts.
And maybe a couple other things.
