Biblical and other support for those Hurting badly!

The trick is to stay in His loving truth, mentally - spiritually. God's word applied spiritually and see what He teaches us.

His Kingdom is from of old.

To agree with hopelessness means that you grind rocks into dust in total darkness, famine and godforsaken loneliness is your lot. However when we plant God's loving truth fair and square into our misery then miracles begin to happen. The lies are exposed by the truth and their horrible realities fall away out of us.

The moment true love speaks to us we know who He is. Our Heavenly Father. In Him we have our being. God is not far away but very close. We have our being in Him. spiritually He is the air we breath in Him we have our inner being. Spiritually we are in His image.

Before we speak the word He knows what we are saying. God is very observant and His love? Who can fathom? Yet He knows what right and wrong is all about and He teaches us to see everything from love's perspective.

With Jesus you can find your true self back again, let the word strip you bare of any baggage you may be carrying and set you free from your fears. Be Authentic, you are very precious.

And please don't lie or have life in lies, the devil is the father of lies, so lying invites him into us so to speak. Rather be a child of the truth as much as possible. Strife after His perfection and love God, all His children, and All of His Good Creation too. Let His love grow!

When I go low then I have learned to pray about other people who are suffering a lot. I found that the pain connects with pain, seeking to heal, arousing feelings of compassion. Social Justice. Fairness. As a result I am more able to deal with my own suffering because I am focussing on others who are worse off than me. Depression generates a loving reality. A strong one at that. I think that is the reason why depression is allowed. We can overcome it - using the bad to do something good. (Like fighting suicide!)


God's love is very strong and faith in His love will rebuild us a bulwark never shaken.

Jesus Himself re-builds us inside, all glory to His Name.

We can be very depressed but we can still pray for our hurting neighbour, and so we can beat depression by using its misery to help generate good.

Who is Jesus and where can we find Him? Oh friends did I search for Jesus, but for years He eluded me, thinking He was somewhere outside of my life.


It came as shock to me when I realised He was life, or rather we have our being in Him.

Where does Jesus dwell? He dwells in our hearts that is where you can find Him - inside of your heart.

Now I have heard it say that His Spirit is a small still voice, and at first I did believe that, but I found out that often such a small still voice would speak lies and untruths, more of a false prophet to be rather than Jesus.

No, I found only one Voice inside of my heart to be totally reliable and that is The Word spoken in the Spirit of love - amazing what He has all taught me over the years. Especially to understand the Bible as a spiritual book.

Jesus is the living Word - and His Spirit is a flying scroll than bans the liar and the thief and totally destroys those from within. I also know Him as the rider on The White Horse, liberating me from my enemies and setting me free to love Him in both good and bad.

So if you want to get to know Jesus then get to know the Bible and let it teach you in the Spirit of love. Jesus is awesome.

I have noticed how a lot of people who suffer from mental illness also struggle with un overcome able sin in their lives. I know I did before I met up with Jesus.

I found out that the problem wasn't my sin much at all, it was me inside who was looking at sin.I who was completely confused about my sin and what to do about it. The fact was I judged myself a severe sinner judging myself outside of the liberating power of God's grace, with a sin stained heart and not at all with a loving truthful heart.

The devil tricked me to believe that my sin where that bad that I was going to go to hell anyway, for Jesus wouldn't forgive a person as bad as I was. (Anyone else relate to that?)

When I let the Word guide me I found

The accuser, that 'voice/force' in my guilty conscience, tortured me with my sins and shortcomings, a massive Dragon to be.
The false prophet, that 'voice/force' always predicting events in my life, had me thrown in hell - time and again. The false prophet and speculation walk had in hand. (The truth simply knows)
The great prostitute, that unfaithful tongue tempting me to serve/fear the accuser as god, the false prophet as my guide and the world as my playing field.

If it hadn't been for the Word I would have never known about these three great liars, ruling inside of my heart and mind. Smiting me with sin! Turning my heart into abomination for I thought my conscience was a gift of God but now it turned out to have been invaded by the devil.

And what about Babylon? I found out that Babylon is a spiritual force that imprisons God's exiled prisoners, it is the power of our ruling minds. Taught by the world around us we see, hear and think accordingly.

With these forces exposed and destroyed by God's Word, most of my sins were numbered to die as well. Indeed an amazing thing happened Jesus liberated me from my sins and set me free to be His child - a child who sins sometimes but walks under the umbrella of God's grace.

For the fact is I am a sinner at heart and despite God's great work in my life I continued sinning and falling short of God's mark. However the difference is that now God's love towards sinners dwells inside my heart. God's great grace had begun to rule me and God's Spirit inside of my heart had begun to change me.

Oh life is so much better now. I am at rest in God's goodness and know that I am His child forever. Jesus brings peace and He is so incredible patient with me, always hoping that I would go to Him for healing, but never making a big deal of it. He is the very best King one could serve!

So if you struggle with bad sin and/or fears that you will go to hell, let The Word take you trough the book of Revelation and find out how incredible spiritual that book is and awaken spiritually in chapter 20 where the Chosen come back to life in you and you rule beside Christ in His Kingdom of peace.

The book of Revelation you might say what a slaughter we will meet inside? Yes, indeed and Hallelujah, because great is the enemy that lives inside of us and it is awesome to be liberated from them and be allowed to walk beside Christ instead.

His Kingdom is a kingdom of truth and love.

I'm sorry to hear that you suffer from depression and have been battling it for so long now.

Sow positive thoughts in your heart for every negative thought you must suffer and keep doing that no matter how hard it gets. Use the promises of the Word to aid you in your quest.

Put your faith in God's love and let that cultivate hope in your heart, nothing can beat God's love not depression either. Nevertheless be prepared for the battle of your life.

Rev 21:1-4

Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

My recent hospital ordeal has left me high. Make the most of it? Or up my medications. I know what I want to do but it is the wrong way to listen to my feelings and let them dictate what I do or no do.

I have lived like that for years it brought me untold misery.

Mentally ill persons cannot listen to their feelings.

I will let the living word decide what is best course to follow.

When you heed the living word then we heed love and what love has to say about it.

Get to know your bible and look in your heart as you do. Get to know your inner workings and let Christ's peace rule.

cultivate trust in God's goodness as revealed in The Word, much is about trust!

Fight the good fight!

I have been very ill for the last two weeks, yet my mood has been good, a bit elevated, which has been nice.

Physically I've had it - I have hardly got any energy left. These strong antibiotics are making me feel nauseated, tired and drained. Got the whole week to go yet.:o

Jesus has been great. He gave me endurance even though the pain from my kidney stone was agonising, I didn't slash out, or bite any ones head off.. None of the things I used to suffer from in my psychoses was there to pester me. And Yvonne beside me. Cooling my face down with a damp cloth. She spend hours beside of me.

Friends an infection of the kidney and of my blood left me very ill, but at no point did I start hallucinating, like it always went in the past when I was at the end of my endurance and still asked to go on. I stayed firmly under grace, safe, whatever might happen.


I was impressed with the professionalism of everybody involved to get me to safety. From the ambulance staff, to the pilot and support staff who flew me to Perth, to the doctors and especially the nurses. They were all great!

I was feeling thankful and fortunate.

Life is so much better with Jesus as King. His love knows no bounds. The Living Word, right within me, to keep me safe.

Psalm 45:1-8

For the director of music. To the tune of “Lilies.” Of the Sons of Korah. A maskil. A wedding song.

My heart is stirred by a noble theme
as I recite my verses for the king;
my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer.

You are the most excellent of men
and your lips have been anointed with grace,
since God has blessed you forever.

Gird your sword on your side, you mighty one;
clothe yourself with splendor and majesty.
In your majesty ride forth victoriously
in the cause of truth, humility and justice;
let your right hand achieve awesome deeds.

How does the Living Word work you may ask? It has to do with the two witnesses 1)The Word says so and 2) inside of our hearts it says so as well

The Bible says God is love and you know the truth to be that God is love. There is agreement in your heart with the truth of the Bible.
Get to Know Him well the Voice of love speaking the truth of The Bible. Let Him rebuild your inner world of inner being and teach you the incredible power of The Word.

Listen to the Word spoken in love. Let love's voice be one with The Word. And you will begin to meet Jesus Himself inside of your heart. What an incredible counsellor, friend, beloved, King He is. Building His Kingdom of peace.


John 14:15-27

“If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, “But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?”
Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.
“All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

One of the worst things we can do when depression is bad is heed hopelessness, despair and misery.

Look for yourself but I found that these spiritual realities have no faith nor trust in God's Word and therefore bring us more bad emotions making our depression worse.

Hopelessness, despair and misery drag us down the bottomless pit, leaving us bereft of good things and making it seem that God and His love are out of reach. When we keep listening to them then suicide is alleviate our suffering and not the love of God.

We need to fight hopelessness, despair and misery with God's promises. For when we believe God's promises then the power of hopelessness, despair and misery over our hearts begin to wean. The more love for God and neighbour grows the more able we are to fight the forces of our depression.

God's love is stronger than the forces of hell, Jesus shows us that at Easter when He rose victoriously from the dead. So let us with good faith trust that God will restore us when we begin to rebuild our hearts with faith in His love bringing us hope in His goodness. The Word teaches us that hope in God's promises will not disappoint us.

Try it dear strugglers, try heeding faith in God's love and see for yourself that faith in God brings us hope again, knocking hopelessness, despair and misery on the head and setting us free from their power over us.


An invitation to The Chosen.

God's Love will not take or will
you to conform to rules or demand
which imprison, enslave, burn or kill you.

God's Love will not pervert what's Good
The Lord loves truthfully Wise and Good.
True Love was, is and always will be Good!

In God's Love you are free to be right!
In His love everything is good proper and kind.
He loves all who love good and true to rule!

His Love is caring, providing, and sharing.
His Love always enjoys and protects good life.
His love rules even when bad life has being in us!

Hear Jesus call - 'Come join up with us all!
Leave whatever ties you down and be free
loving good life with all God's own to be.'

To the rest in your heart God's asks
how long will you tarry in the darkness?
Please leave such bad existence within.

For life must not, no never should, or would, or could,
be forceful, rude, prideful, arrogant, selfish, lustful
or otherwise be untrue to God's loving truth.

Neither should life be hurting or ill,
hungry, oppressed, despised, hated
or otherwise have existence in wrong.

Please hand your Bad Life over to Jesus
Humbly ask for His Good Life back in return
and go love God, self and neighbour with Joy.

The Church knows that Jesus is coming soon
All bad life will be our shameful past then,
so please leave your bad life while you can!

What can brain plasticity tell us about God Salvation work?


We have an incredible brain. The Creator sure made us in His likeness. Unlike what was thought before, we know know that the brain can remain dynamic until death, it can adept, renew, and wipe out what we have become.


However brain plasticity works two ways, in good it builds us strong, energetic and stable people. Not free from trouble but able to overcome and get through life no matter what. Resilient and robust such people are.


A very harsh tormentor our brain can become when we build with our brain wrongly, it can captivate us with its thoughts and the feelings that they bring to life, just because we have build our life view wrongly. Where negative emotional feelings and thoughts dominate us and torture us with hopelessness, despair, sadness, guilt, shame, anger, rage, hate, regrets and a very low self-esteem.


Build with God's love people. With the Bible in hand and God's Spirit within have faith that the love of God builds us a new self. A loving self, a compassionate self, a truthful self and joyful and thankful self. A free self!


Do this by spending time with good thoughts to create good emotions and do the loving in your heart. Let loving compassionate truthful thoughts rebuild your heart and mind.


Understand that wrong fights back. It will want its position of power back. It does this through all kind of ways. By making you doubt, heed unbelief, by grabbing us in our wrong ways and not letting us go. Old habits can die hard. The more time we have spend with them the worse the battle for control will be. Don't give up when you loose a battle, not even when you loose all your battles. Keep fighting to have God's love rule your inner world of being and He will come and dwell in your heart. (John 14)


Don't let wrong change your mind. Fight such thoughts and feelings bravely. You will find that The Word excludes them from eternal life. So life in greed, lust, hate, lovelessness, witchcraft and all life in lies will be destroyed by Jesus when His truth becomes alive in our hearts. Rev 1-20


Often God works slowly, day by day, year after year but that does not matter just the fact that we can commune with God makes it all the worth our while.


So don't let your sin hold you back but know that brain plasticity means faith in the Word and in the love of God can renew your mind and rebuild you heart.



Rev 19 & 20:1-6

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.”[a] He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small.”
Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
