  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

And I was just wondering what book of the bible I should read after reading Matthew?
Thank you

There are many methods of bible study. My favorite is to take a portion each week and work my way through the whole bible. I find if I do it weekly instead of daily it works better in case my schedule makes me miss a day and so that I can go over the same portiona few times and allow it time to really sink in.
There is a christian radio program which is called trhough the bible where they go through the entire bible one small passage at a time. If you go to christian bookstore, they probably have resources there for going throught he bible.
I suggest that you start in genesis and work your way through the whole bible in order.

It may help to jump from one of the gospels into the smaller books.
you can read many of them in a single sitting and yet there is so much in them.

Ephesians clear thru Philemon are all very informative and wonderful, yet small enough so that you actually feel like you are getting somewhere when you can finish them.

Romans and Hebrews are a bit tougher (especially Hebrews) in some areas and I would only maybe look thru them a bit until you have maybe read thru all of the smaller, easier books.

well, anyway, thats how I did it over like a year and I know that it really helped me.

God Bless
