Besides the limits of God's moral character, God has no boundaries.

Is God bound by our concept of time? No.
Is God bound by our physical universe? No.
Is God bound by even the spiritual universe such as Heaven? No.
Is there any limit to what can do? No.
Can we measure God and how big He is? I don't believe so. God can be every at once. There is no limit in where He can be and how far He can expand Himself. God is not bound by our concept of measuring with a ruler or by some computer. God is so much more powerful than that.

While God can manifest Himself so as to be measured, God is not ultimately bound by our concept of measurement. God has the capacity to be outside all our measurement of time and space. God surely has the power to exist outside our dimension if He desires. There is no height, width, or depth of God that we can measure because God can move beyond that. That is how big and how amazingly powerful our God is. He is all powerful.

God has no boundaries. Yet, He can interact within our physical universe. For the Eternal Living Word even took on the physical flesh of a man who was effected by the laws of physics and dimensions. So God can appear to be limited from our vantage point or view. But ultimately God is without limits. For with God, nothing is impossible.

So what kind of boundaries you are placing upon God? Whatever your challenge in serving Him, please know that He that is within you is greater than the world. So be of good cheer and know God wants you to continue to walk in His good ways.

When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:25-26).

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:3-4).

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. (John 15:7).

Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: (Jeremiah 32:17).

So those who do what is right before the Lord. Be not discouraged. There are no boundaries in what God can do for those who serve Him in truth and in righteousness.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10).

However, those who live ungodly, their teeth will be broken, though. So fear God if you do that which is wrong.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly. (Psalms 3:7).

Let God save you from whatever challenge you are faced with. For it is the Lord who saves us. For...

Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

What does it mean to live ungodly...? And who are those...? You can "tell" (or say) in every single case and/or all case or cases, for sure, or 100% certainty, every single time...?

Do you mean continue in living ungodly, until or up to, or at a point, that "only God would know", that there would be no turning back and/or no further thing he could do for you, maybe...?

To live ungodly is to simply not be holy. It is to live in sin or to be in disobedience to God's commands that are attached to with dire consequences to our souls in the after life.

I disagree. Both covenants required both a belief and obedience to God's commands. We are simply under a new contract with new commands with our trust in Christ and His grace as the foundation of our faith. Works of faith go hand in hand with a true faith.
