He wears a dwarven crafted armor that and over the armro he has a sand brown robe and his helmet's face guard is shaped like a human or dwarf skull.
He is one of the leader of the Mercenary Company Doomhelm's , that is all dwarven but even if they are a mercenaries they still serve the Dwarf king in secret and that is the reason this mercenary company is all dwarf. They all have helmets like Belial but some might have horns on top but all have the same face guard, their way of fighting is closed ranks, with shields and throwing axes ,warhammer's and war axes, there may be some swords also and for the really long range the use dwarven crossbows.
Belial and his cohort was in Phelatia to find some coin to their war treasury and also hear what new was happening in these parts pf the land.
