  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Please pray for me, everything seems to be a huge test at the moment. I feel as though I am under attack from all directions.
Please pray that God will make the path I am meant to take clear and offer me reassurance that I am making the right decisions.
Please help me to remain calm and not get anxious about what will happen.
Make me a better person Lord so I can deal with problems that life brings.

give him peace during this time of trial and patience to over come it. Show him how to get through this and help him to be strong and to walk in your ways Lord. Give him understanding and bring this trial around into something great Lord. Bless all that he does and stop the hand of the enemy from attacking his thoughts, teach him to rebuke all negativity and to fill his mind with positive words, and scriptures. I pray that the Holy Spirit lead him into victory in Jesus name, Amen!!
