Make it coordinate with the rest of the character's surroundings.
And include a title - not more than 50 characters long.

This contest will only go until I make it to 10,000 posts.
There will be hidden blessings available throughout the contest.
So just come and fellowship and you never know what door prize awaits you.

I think three categories will do.
1 for cats, 1 for baskets, and 1 for baskets and cats.
I am not sure what all is available in baskets/containers.

There must be a total of at least 20 contestants.
That is between all three categories.
Each category must have at least 3 contestants.
So go out there and get your friends to join.
