I am in the distance learning program of Liberty University Seminary, which is a Baptist school. I am getting my Masters of Arts in Religion and hope to go further with it later. I had to change my test proctor while I am deployed because my original test proctor is not deploying with us. So, I asked my aircraft commander, who I thought was a Christian. He said that that would be fine and he would have no problems with it. Two weeks after settling this with him, I found out that he is a devoted Mormon. WOW! This should be interesting. A Mormon giving me tests on evangelical conservative Baptist seminary classes. I'm taking Systematic Theology, so that should really get him into the thick of the theology behind Baptists. Hopefully something good will come of it and we can open up a dialog about our beliefs...and convert him.
Pray for that door to open.
Thanks and God bless,
Dave
