really want to hear good Christian music.
i like Chevelle and Demon Hunter but thats about all i found

Hmmmm I was just going to say Chevelle but again you listed it.
POD can be heavy sometimes. Kutless is a good band that can go both ways. Heavy and soft. Pillar is kind of like POD in away but there songs can get tiring.

I used to be a huge Korn and Tool fan.
But actually the type of music I like to listen to his praise and worship now.
I do have some Pillar, Chevelle, Kutless, and Jonah33 is another good one but I pretty much love to listen to praise songs now.

Killswitch Engage is christian rock? I didnt know that.

Yup!Well, the old lead singer is..but judging by the lyrics..i'd guess the new singer is too. Killswitch has always been pretty open about their beliefs..especially in the lyrics.

You are right to question that. Because they're not. Quite a few people have been "tricked" (suckered into, whatever) in to thinking Killswitch is. They're pretty decent, but not Christian.

So, to this "Demise" fellow I suggest one band: Project 86. They will blow the Korn and Disturbed out your butt. As far as a "Tool-like" band. I think Chevelle's first album is as close as you're going to get. I don't know for sure, since I haven't listened to a whole lot of Tool to begin with.

Actually Killswitch IS Christian..at least the lead singer. Who controls the lyrical content as well. Infact, the lead singer is full on reborn. Has been for a while. Check out one of his side projects called Seamless. Lots of talk about God.

Disciple, Pillar, Thousand Foot Krutch (not that hard but still awesome). Project 86, Dead Poetic, Skillet, Staple, UnderOATH... and a couple more that i can't think of... at Christianrocklyrics.com you can find bunches of different bands... not all rock but still good music.
