A man & his wife were living in a cabin in the backwoods of nowhere, with no running water, electricity, etc. and his wife was massively pregnant. 
One day she went into labor, and the local Midwife was called in to assist with the birth. She gave the nervous (and clueless) father-to-be a lantern to hold, partly to give him something to do and partly so she could see what she was doing. Soon a beautiful, healthy baby girl was born, and the father made to set the lantern down so he could hold her. The midwife told him, "don't set it down just yet--I think there's another one coming."
So he continued to hold the lantern, and sure enough, a few moments later a healthy baby boy was born. Once again, the father went to set down the lantern to hold the baby. "Not just yet" cautioned the midwife, "I think there's still another coming."
So he held up the lantern again, and sure enough, a few minutes later another baby girl was born.
Scratching his head, the father looked at the midwife and said, "D'y think it's the light that's attracting them?"
