Back sliden

I have backsliden and I am so ashamed. That is why I haven't posted here in a while. I have been visiting Yahoo singles groups and some of the things haven't been in keeping with Christian standards. I want to openly confess that I have sinned against the Lord, and I have asked him for forgiveness. I would like to have some penpals and prayer partners to talk to when I feel like I may be straying again. Please keep me in your prayers.

I am divorced, and I have been looking for a new girlfriend. I went to a dnace Saturday night and even when I realized I was in the wrong place, I stayed there. Needless to say, I was misserable the whole time. I am actually glad that I didn't enjoy it. Sunday's sermon was all about backsliding, and the message got my attention. BTW, I have a girlfriend now. It just happened out of the blue.

I am glad that you have found your way back to us, White Tiger. May I suggest that you make your request in the Men's Forum for a prayer partner. I am sure there are many men in there who can relate to what you are going through and offer you some accountability and Godly witness along the way.

Not only is it good to come back to an on-line group,
but I think it's imperative for you to find a group of
Christian BROTHERS that meet in your local area
*face to face.*

I'd also like to suggest the book "The Purpose Driven
Life" by Rick Warren. He's a good read for people
who need some more focus.
