AC/DC are notoriously money-grubbing. They may set a legal precedent when they try to sue a baby.

As I said about the lawsuit the band Spirit brought against Led Zeppelin, there's a lawyer who's sure all that glitters is gold...

That controversy is worth a thread of its own. :)

I've seen some interesting commentary on fair-use law. YouTube has changed the world, making it harder for artists to retain copyright. Given I do some art of my own, I can understand both sides.

Bottom line, AC/DC needs to consider whether cute babies might actually help them sell more records. If so, a lawsuit would be a bad idea. On the flip side, I can just imagine the suburban housewife who thinks, "Oh, that's so cute, I should check out AC/DC." She's in for a shock.

It was actually my wife who showed me this, and I serve as her morality filter. So she asked me, "What do you think of AC/DC?" Umm. Well. The song's not about cute babies.
