I am a metalhead also, but Nirvana was a band that got me into metal. Even though they are a grudge band and all, which is another genre I like.

I play guitar, sing and working on other instruments.


EDIT: My favorite band at the moment is probably Extol. Do pick up their new cd ("Extol") if you haven't. I also love technical and progressive metal, as well as catching choruses.

I listen to all sorts of styles, but mainly progressive rock and metal, classic rock, and classical. I play the drums and like to fiddle about on the keyboard some too.

I play drums mostly, though I do dabble in bass, piano, and guitar. My favorite bands are U2, Radiohead, The Gaslight Anthem, R.E.M., The Killers, The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, The Police, Counting Crows, The Shins, Arcade Fire, and The Decemberists.
