I'm not from Austin but will be visiting soon. I'm super excited, as I am a musician and can't wait to check out the local scene in Austin. Does anyone from Austin mind guiding me a little. I'm been doing some research but if you all can let me know about some bands and venues that I could check out while I'm there. I'm mainly into punk rock, psychedelic rock, garage bands and such...Open to other genres as well.
