For lack of better words, 'yes.' Will I buy it? No. Why? I have neither Xbox 360 nor Playstation 3.

I'm breaking down and getting a PS3 not only for the Blu Ray but for this game specifically. I hope it's as good as it looks.

I'm really looking forward to it but I'll have to buy a new video card and memory, I'm sure but with Bioshock coming as well, it'll be worth it. I'll probably get it for DS as well depending on how well it plays.

I would 'like' to own it, unfortunately I don't have a console or the PC that will run it, so I will be only watching videos of it.

What I think is so impressive about that game is the "social stealth" you use by blending it to the crowds to hide and blend in. No other stealth game to date has done that. The pure openness of how to accomplish objectives looks great too

I don't have a gaming PC like Alienware or anything. I play City of Heroes with no issue on my current setup and I'm happy with that. People come up with some awesome mods to PC games. I'd like to see those too.

Yeah I may need an upgrade before it comes out. I don't mind so much if I can see a difference for my money. So far DX10 is a big disappointment though. >_> But AC looks set to change that, social stealth is a great game mechanic, and the way he interacts with the environment is awesome. I think at last we will have something more to our levels than just a pretty box that you can't do much with.

i would call it a platformer. Its more like a strategy/action game.

You just use the buildings to your advantage and for stealth.
