there was this one person, when things were comming down for somthing I did he simply said I disagree with his actions. when I had problems with certain things he would explain them in simple terms. not ranting or raving. not lying to manipulate control. though in his duties he had control. I keep thinking why couldnt everybody be that way. out of all the people that agreed with what I did at times, even the highest in that place. for some reason I was most impressed with the simplicity and truth that he used to deal with me.

ohh I don't know maybe chatting with a friend about nothing at all. thinking of things thorally, you know like that would be a good idea, could promote it like that, who would it be geared towards, if I couldnt care for it myself so it would prosper who would. maybe watching some tv, or an old movie. praying for others. rejoicing in the lord. denying the sickness power through the things Jesus went through so we wouldnt have to. choosing not only life but my own life as a gift god gave from the start and I will live no matter what. staying away from coffee for a week or untill I forget my system can't handle a lot of caffine anymore. open the window a little for an hour or 2, let some fresh air in. now when I had my migranes I always ate ruffles dipped in cottage cheese, for some reason settled my stomach, till I hyperventalated enouph that I'd pass out. when I had my gall bladder attacks, I just kept wanting to eat things as if searching for something to satisfy what was going on. whatever happens look for peace in your situation, will help. If things get rough you can always go to docter or the hospital. you may not only need to but like a bubble bath you may find yourself deserving of the comfort. hope this helps.

ohhh nothing fancy bed time will do just fine. what science project is your daughter working on? ( I go to sleep when I get tired enouph).

Well normally I would go to bed. But she was building a simple machine. My husband keeps most of his tools at his work. So we were up at the shop. All I had to keep me awake was face the board.

cant remember exactly what it was, but we cooked it in a certain substance. seems they do it now a t.g.i.f.'s . only did it once so it musta been the weirdest.
