What do you enjoy doing in the evening?
What's your favorite dessert?
What's a Texas cake?
What kind of dancing do YOU like to do?
think its called a texas sheet cake. somebody told me once a lot of people make it cause its one of the easiest to make from scratch. its a chocolate sheete with chocolate icing and pecans.
I never got into dancing too much , think i was too critical of myself. always thought of ballroom since more of a set way to dance, more refined. did do some square dancing in gradschool that was fun, until the swing your partner round and round incedent.![]()
So you swung round and round and dropped your partner to the ground?
Do you live in a place where you can do winter sports or, if you do, do you even like participating in winter sports things - like skating, skiing, sledding, slipping, falling, that kind of thing.
And what would be on them there plates?Just a few collector plates. easy to keep in a box.![]()
Where do you get your news? (newspaper, tv, radio, online?)
tv, not too much though. never had too much use for it. people have told me in the past i should get the news more. think it was so we all talk about the same thing we could do nothing about. true it does inform us thiings so we might act, but most discussion of the news that i ran into is just complaining of others atrocities.![]()
What is one of your favorite "spare time" activities (i.e. reading, gardening, watching tv)?
tv, while playing on the computer.![]()
If you're a tv watcher, which do you prefer - reality tv (Survivor, American Idol), sitcoms (no examples - don't watch them), dramas (L&O, CSI) or how to (i.e. HGTV, Food Network)? Or do you watch the older shows (Cosby, MASH, Bonanza) on Nick at Nite and/or TV Land?
i think seinfeld was the last sitcom i used to watch. for reality I'd say dog, and the one with the mortuary (been a while for that one) well done and interested in the teaching of how they function. dont really watch any how to's anymore for some reason. mash and the others seem to vary, kinda like a seasonal thing with me. with law and order it took me a while to like them, i was very impressed on the people they got to play on the show. martin short blew me away when he was on svu. theres always a certain carisma that some have that make the show go over top. used to be when that happened that acter would leave, make 2 bad movies and we never heard from them again. but I digress.![]()
