Appearance: Arkeris wears standard Shadowmage clothing ie. jet black thick robes with a drawn hood and long sleeves. His hair is dark and his eyes are azure. Arkeris is of a light-medium build.
Weapons: A heavy two handed staff with a glittering blue crystal at the top. He uses this to extend his magic power in addition as a hand-to-hand fighting weapon.
Skills: Arkeris is of the Shadowmage guild and therefore is skilled in the techniques of Shadowmastery. This includes the magic particular to this sect, and other skills of stealth. Though not as agile as other Shadowmages, Arkeris can still employ physical stealth to a great extent. However, his true genius lies in the proficiency of Shadow magic. Furthermore, he is accomplished in alchemical studies, able to use a retort, calcinator, alembic, mortar and pestle to great effect.
Personality: Arkeris Jaradern is a taciturn, but friendly man. He loves the pursuit of magical knowledge, and most lore of any type. He is not often prone to emotional outbursts and is well controlled in appearance to others. Arkeris has never made any personal enemies, and strives to keep the peace between those around him. Although not a Christian - Arkeris has never heard of God - he nevertheless has excellent morals based on his studies on the dark arts.

Bio: Arkeris comes from a far off land called Crystalle which is unknown to Christia. Crystalle is a land of snow, ice and mages. As part of the Shadowguild, Arkeris learnt about how to combat the dark arts. However, the Shadowmaster became corrupted and enslaved Arkeris in the form of a shadowy spirit being to do his bidding. Arkeris finally managed to destroy this enchantment but found himself in an unfamiliar land; Christia.
